Just want to let everyone know that Gordon has done it once again. I just finished a batch of his "choplets". My wife who loves pork chops said these are great. I say, boy are these easy. I added a little thing of my own, I smoked them using pecan wood. Using the egg is twice the fun, eating the great food that comes from it, along with the fun we all have changing each recipe just a little to suit our tastes. Thank you Gordon. And thank you to all,in the BGE Family.
