All of the relatively recent posts about bread baking in the ceramic cooker got me going. I finally got around to trying it, and it turned out pretty good. I'll probably let these rise a little more the second time, but the crumb good, and flavor is very nice. It's a simple bread, but delicious!![p]

    Hey!, your bread looks great! Sandwiches and morning toast is never better than when its from your own hand made bread. Love that aroma of fresh baked bread from the egg. Oh yeah, Irish soda bread is fantasitic, St. Pat's day coming up.
