St. Louis Style Ribs...How do you cook em

<p />We talk about the 3-1-1 method for babyback here a lot, but what is your favorite way to cook St. Louis style ribs. I did these on an elevated grid without foiling at 235 degrees for 5.5 hours. I may have let them go a tad too long. The 20 minute errand with my daughter turned out to be over an hour....It was worth the time, cause dad does not get much quality time these days with a 13 year old.[p]So, any tips on the ribs...Thanks Tom
