Hi all. Been out of town for a while. Did Pizza last week with outstanding results. Instead of gauging the pizza by opening I used a flash light and peeked down the chimney. Worked great made two pizzas in a row without challenge. Now the question is how to care for the pizza stone?[p]We are going to make kabobs tonight. Any suggestions. Temps, spices, marinades. Arguably, there is little time for marinades and the such but was hoping that there might be a few ideas floating about.[p]Thanks for all your help. We have truely enjoyed our help and meals.
