My first pizza on the Egg

It wasn't perfectly round and the temperature fluctuated from 520 to over 600, but the pizza tasted delicious and the crust was perfect. I made the pizza with pesto sauce, spinach, chicken from the beer-can chicken I did on the Egg the other night, mushrooms and mozzarella. Quite tasty.[p]My 13-year-old son said, "Mom, no more store-bought pizza" - on second thought, this could be a problem! Catherine

Sorry, I was remiss not to thank everyone who gave me tips, either here on on Web sites I'm learning from. It wouldn't have been as successful without the tips, for sure. Catherine[p]By the way, the drill the tiny hole in the Egg thermometer worked great - no more fog.
