My first pizza on the Egg

It wasn't perfectly round and the temperature fluctuated from 520 to over 600, but the pizza tasted delicious and the crust was perfect. I made the pizza with pesto sauce, spinach, chicken from the beer-can chicken I did on the Egg the other night, mushrooms and mozzarella. Quite tasty.[p]My 13-year-old son said, "Mom, no more store-bought pizza" - on second thought, this could be a problem! Catherine
