Thanks to all who post on this forum. I have been in many forums over the years, and this one has done more for me than all the rest put together. Things I got:
1. Tri-tips, I never knew
2. Lump I never knew so much
3. Mad Max Turkey and GRAVY
4. Thermopen A man with 2 thermometers never knows the temperature
5. Plate Setter
6. At least 4 new friends
7 IDEAS I have more ideas from Tables to making
handles and tools, THANKS
8. Hints tips and tricks, that I would never
experience in years on my own.
9. A renewed interest in cooking out.
10. Friendlier neighbors?
