We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Afternoon Delight

I got a used la creuset dutch oven in reasonable shape off ebay for $15 so I could use it with abandon in the egg ( I'm the type that if I paid $100+ for a pot it would never see the stove, let alone the Egg.) Today had our first beans (from Barbeque Bible since I couldn't find where I had put the Egg recipe I wanted to try) along with a small pork loin rubbed with Ken Stone's "Wicked Grin" and used a chip off our apple tree for taste. Yumza, Yumza. Now, off to work....
