Anyone done Tur-Pork-Hen on BGE?
Thinking about doing a Tur-Pork-Hen for Christmas (chicken inside pork inside turkey). Anyone tried it? Any suggestions on additional stuffing - sausage, dressing, etc. I'm thinking of going with the pork instead of duck (traditional Tur-duc-hen) for more taste variety. Welcome all suggestions including cooking recommendations. Thanks.
