Hi guys/gals,[p]Because of scheduling I am only able to enjoy food fresh from the pit two days a week:( That, and I'm on an eating regimen that I won't allow to be broken except on weekends.[p]So, This weekend I will be doing a lot of cookie baking and such and feel that the FEC and Egg should NEVER go a weekend without being fired up. (side note: I went to the store tonight to get a brisket to cook all night for breakfast in the a.m. but was not impressed)[p]What to cook? Any ideas? I'm looking for something different. Help me decide- Please![p]phillip[p]p.s. my roomate suggested kabobs. I have also been thinking of some fancy burgers. [p]

bbqwizard,[p]Car Wash Mike's onion burgers are certainly tastey, so you might want to try those![p]Gwen
