I make a veggy side dish, a tomato pie and decided today that I would try it on ol humpty. Turned out pretty darn good! May have to tweak a few things as it came out runnier than if baked in the oven, but the smoky taste, IMHO, enhanced the dish.[p]Happy Cooking!
