Yeah, I know last night was Friday, but I made fish tonight. Was actually planning an indoor lasagna cook, but the weather was too good to pass up to leave Mr. BGE basking alone in it. So, I grilled some King salmon I got on sale and some Tilapia filets. While they were cooking, I made up a packet of Knorr's Hollandaise sauce, but first, I slow-cooked 4 cloves of minced garlic in 5 Tbls butter. After it cooled to room temp, I made the sauce per package directions. The garlic thing was a knee jerk reaction to a Gilroy Garlic Fest thing I just finished watching on the Food Channel.[p]OK, it's Saturday night and I wanted something a bit zingyier, but it was damn good anyway...there are just too many female hormones to please in this house at any given time. Ah, but they love me!
