We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

'Cat fan,[p]You can reuse the plank over and over. The char will make the flavoring stronger though. That may be a good thing.[p]The charring gives it the flavor, so charring is good. I made the mistake of over soaking the plank the first time i used it, and it didn't flavor the fish enough. Now, I just wet the plank down under the sink for a minute or so. Works just fine. If you are cooking at hotter temps, you would want to soak it longer. But at 300-400, you don't need to over soak it.[p]By the way, for salmon, try Alder. Its the best.
