Rib Roast

Cooked my first rib roast and husband said it was the BEST off the Egg to date. Nothing fancy - stuffed garlic cloves (which were fresh from the garden) with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Cooked indirect on V-rack and it was awesome. Also, just got my small to complement my large.....and am loving it!
