Little help here....for the Mr. Toads recipe, it calls for V-rack with drip pan. Is it also cooked indirect, or direct? I am not sure on that part. Thanks!

    You just answered your own question my friend. The drip pan would make it an indirect cook.[p]Seeing as how the drip pan has made it indirect, you could feel free to use the plate setter as well to add even more ceramic mass to the cook.
