Although I have owned at least one egg for over 7 years, I am continually amazed with it's ability to produce fantastic food.[p]Yesterday, I slow cooked a butt for a dozen people at work. The reviews were great. It was a hit. I also grilled some chicken breasts for last night's meal. Tonight were 2" fillets. [p]Each meal turned out wonderfully and many think I'm a fantastic cook, but I do have a little secret. [p]It's really simple; the egg and Dizzy Pig Rubs. I don't have to think much about it.[p]For those thinking about an egg, hurry, run, do not walk and get started. You will not regret the choice![p]Smokey
