Pork Injection Recipe..........

I found this injection recipe in the Eggsperts Archives....sounded good and decided to use it....and it was very, very good....and will use it again........[p]This works for 1 8lb. Boston Butt.......[p]3/4 Cup Pure Apple Juice (not from concentrate)
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Salt
2 Tablespoons Worcestshire Sauce[p]and...threw in just a dash of Cayenne Pepper.........for good measure[p]Good Luck![p]Ed
