After re-loading and starting another fire and THANKS to some valuable input that I received from fellow eggers that were sympathetic to my plight.....the 3 Boston Butts I was working on all turned out great!!! The injection recipe that I used (Apple Juice, Water, Brown Sugar, Salt and Worcesteshire Sauce made all the difference in the world. [p]All well that ends well.....Thank goodness......[p]And big congratulation to the DP team.....love their product!![p]Ed
