Pardon me from asking again.. I had this recipe with a lot of good results..but did not file it but I will if someone will help me again.It has been sometime since I did them last.. I know elevated grid direct with Olive oil and Dizzy Pig rub, But really just need to know the dome temp.[p]Thanks, [p]Ray Price
