I got my small BGE yesterday and did my first cook tonight.
Picked up some Lazarri lump at Safeway tonight.
I did hotdogs for the kids and Tilapia for the wife and I.
I need lots of practice with lighting and temperature
control but I am very encouraged by results of my
first cook.
