[p]Chef Jim Coleman is the corporate Chef of "Coleman's Restaurant" at the Bluebell Country Club and Normandy Farm in Pennsylvania. He has overseen kitchens in fine restaurants in the US and abroad. Previously, he served as the Executive Chef of the five-diamond Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia.[p]He also has his own TV show, "Flavors of America".
