<p />Bare with me, quite afew pics and I'm not sure how to put them in sequence.
Brought the raw meat up to temp under my food screen, seared about five minutes on both sides, put in grate extender and let it roast turning it from time to time while the temp came down. Took it off and this is what I came up with. Actually it was quite tasty due to the overnight fajita marinade that i used overnight but I think I overcooked it.
Thanks for all of the advice that everyone gave today.
