ABT Prep the night before - bad idea?

Wondering if I am going to lose anything if I prep my ABT's in advance (the night before)? I'd like to have them done in advance so I don't have to spend time prior to cooking with the cleaning and stuffing. Worst case is I'd like to at least clean and gut the Japs (can I say that?) the night before.[p]Anyone ever prep in advance with a negative result?[p]Thanks![p]Cheers ~ B o B

SmokinBoB,[p]We prep ours the day before all the time, and they turn out great. Go for it!!

I've done the whole she-bang two days in advance with no problem. Just make sure you use sanitary plastic gloves and then refrigerate the uncooked ABT's. BTW, I also have gotten 18 days out of our ABT supply after they have been cooked - just nuke in mirco to rewarm them!
