still a newbie on the large green egg...

Ok, into our second week of using the egg...chicken as reported earlier was not great (but we will experiment). Baby back ribs were very good and so was a pork tenderloin.[p]Today we did burgers.....very good. My husband, for the first time, did 1/2 lb burgers. He was inspired by a program on the food channel. 350 degrees and 9 minutes on each side.
Very tasty.[p]I still await my stone and stand to try pizza...my goal.
