Cooked these on Friday during our deep freeze here in the Midwest. 

Having my pit viper go out in the middle of the cook was also a challenge. Good thing I had another fan from my older DigiQ.

Impressive! Both the food and the intestinal fortitude. Got off a plane yesterday grossly underdressed. Brrr F’n Brrrrrrr! Those Duroc ribs? I know you have cooked them in the past.
