This seems odd. Cooked at 320 or so. Calibrated thermapen says it's done, we'll see.
How efficient is this med egg? New result for me after egging for 8yrs.

That's definitely in the ball-park that I see. I figure on around 12 mins/lb (non-spatchedand not stuffed bird) running around 325-350*F on the dome; indirect. Enjoy the eats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
