Jerk pork tenderloin

Had yesterday off so decided to try something new on the egg. Grabbed a pork tenderloin (1.5lbs) and some jerk marinade. Got the egg to 300 indirect with some cherry wood. Used the jerk marinade with some pineapple jelly and ketchup mix for a glaze. Pulled at 145 after glazing and served as sliders with homemade sweet potato fries. 


I havent been the biggest pork tenderloin fan, but this was great. Will definitely add it to the arsenal.
