Turbo Ribs

Havent posted a cook in a while. SWMBO asked for ribs tonight so I ran to the store and bought a rack of St. Louis cut ribs. Rubbed them Melvins dry rub and there then on @ 350°. Almost 2 hours later they were perfect. Mixed some Blues hog original with he spiced and they turned out amazing.  Forgot the pre cook pic. These were the best ribs I have cooked according to the wife.

    Looks WONDERFUL!!!  I've got to get braver about this.  Sometimes I've wanted some ribs, but I usually put the rub on the night before, and that means an impulse cook ain't in the cards.  I've definitely made some ribs with same-day rubs and I'm not sure they weren't just as good.  Thanks for sharing and inspiring me!  :)
  • Turbo ribs and butts are the only way to go these days.
