Another Aldi purchase tonight.
Boneless beef of some kind.
Gave them a rub then into the SV at 135*.
No real plan yet. Open to suggestions.

    Update. I checked set up yesterday and all looked good. I did bump temp up to 138.
    Went to pull them tonight and had some air in the bag and the corner had risen out of the water. I put in an ice bath for 20 minutes. When I cut the bag open and took a close smell, it had an off, sour smell. So I pitched them and went to plan B. A little disappointed but didn't want to start me week sick.
    Slow roasted flat iron. 5 minutes to thaw and ready for the grill.
