    Looks awesome! I've been dying to do some steaks in the sous vide. Is the texture the same as a reverse sear?

    Hard to tell on texture because filet mig is so tender to begin with, but all i can say is that these were near perfect in texture, chew, feel and flavor.    I was blown away ay how good they were....sous vide to me is the way to go because it is a mainenance free process once you have it set up....

    Fantastic.  How did the Lobel prime work in sous vide and how long?
    Sous vide frozen folets for about an hour and change, which gave me time to make the other items

    Perfection is the only word i can use for the results
