Turkey Ribs

First off it's been a while since I was on here due to some moving and winter weather and unfortunately haven't had a chance to use the egg. Well that's all done now and we're back to cooking. I did a simple little rack of Kuck Farms turkey ribs for Easter. These things are amazingly good on a smoker. We've had them in the past on different types of smokers but the egg and turkey ribs go great together.

looks good, do you sauce them. ive never seen turkey rib packaged
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
No sauce, just some dry seasonings. You can look them up on Kuck Farms website and the only place we've found to buy them is through Gordon Food Service.

I love turkey on the BGE and am intrigued by this. How does the price for turkey ribs compare to the rest of the bird?Stillwater, MN

Love turkey but I've never seen turkey ribs. What are they?IL

My curiosity led me to Kluck Farms. It appears it is a proprietary cut. Might have to place an order.

On our last roadtrip we had "Turkey Ribs" at the Gobble Stop Smoke House near St. Louis, MO and thought they were great. They really aren't ribs, but part of the turkey shoulder, but they look a lot like a beef rib. I would really like to get some to cook on my BGE but can't find them anywhere locally (Lancaster, PA).I checked Kuck farms that was mentioned above, but their web site only shows pre-cooked ones.Has anyone ever seen these in Pennsylvania?Large BGE
Barry, Lancaster, PA -
I have them couple of times a year at Arrowhead Archery and BBQ in Hodgenville KY. Delicious. Abe Lincoln’s birthplace.
