pre-Easter dinner...

Morning All:

Had family over yesterday for Easter dinner as they weren't available today...started the Egret ham at about 9:00am on one of the large Eggs(after it had sat overnight soaking up some goodness)...


On the other large put together the ABT dip for the appetizer...constructing...


And getting happy together...


Once the ABT dip was done did a few hasselback potatos & carrot coins (in the foiled dish)...


Also had a small lamb section on the small...


Added a couple other non-egged side dishes & had a wonderful meal with family...can't ask for much more!
