just info to anyone looking at updating their fire grate.  Picked up a high que winter clearance for 19.99 with free prime shipping. Hard to pass up if your wanting/ needing a fire grate

Yep, found it. Was hoping they would have some of their other stuff on sale as well. I don't have a large egg and explaining why I had to buy a large egg because the high-que fire grate was on sale would be a conversation I don't need to have. I've already pushed enough limits.

I just bought a weber smokey joe charcoal grate for my large egg. Fits nicely. Same as the High Que except not stainless. This things last forever in a weber, why not here? Plus it was $6.99. Free shipping to my home from Home Depot.   When my OEM grate died, I realized the SJ grate would fit. I borrowed it from my joe and have been using it for several months now. I get much better airflow, but  have to scrape out the leftover chunks more often. Not just ashes any more.
