First and foremost I would like to say this forum and the members here are awesome. I bought my lbge at egg fest in Indiana and I've been egging about a little less than a year now. I've been creeping this site for ideas, recipes, and tips from the get go and this place has been a gold mine of info and knowledge so thank you everyone! I'm glad to finally be a part of this group! Hopefully I can contribute to the group and get some pics up of future cooks! Happy eggin out there! Ray

Hope I didn't screw up the pictures. That was my most recent cook. 17 hour butt (thanks to some freezing Indiana weather extending the cook!) and some red vinegar slaw to go with it. Thanks for the welcome! Hopefully more pics come sooner rath than later.
