Apps Night; Grilled Cheese, Marinated Mushrooms, and Smoked Sausage

Good friends came over for for cocktails and dinner. Grilled Cheese was premade thick garlic bread slices with sharp cheddar and pepper jack. Mushrooms were this recipe but grilled in a basket instead of skewered; http://www.closetcooking.stfi.re/2016/07/balsamic-garlic-grilled-mushroom-skewers.html?m=1&sf=okkayvd#aa. Sausage was Carolina Pride brand, my new favorite brand, grilled and sliced into chunks and dipped in Ball Park Mustard. All tasty and all keepers. Drinks were four different whiskeys mixed together as a custom blend, with Birch Beer soda and lemon. Easy to drink. After dinner treats were Klondike Bars. Fun time with friends. 

I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
