I've been at it again. This time to see if I could make a decent sandwich bun for my really good brisket. 

Since I never tried cooking buns before, or even knowing the difference between a roll and a bun, I was just shooting blindly into the art of baking. 

But I ran across Jenny Jones, a really delightful lady who likes to share her recipes and methods. She has a lot of videos on YouTube under Jenny Can Cook. I suggest you watch some of her videos. 

So in my usual fashion, I took some photos of the process I used to cook my own rolls/buns and made it into a short video.
