Been hankering for a meatloaf, made this today:

There are two Alton Brown meatloaf recipes on the 'net, this one has 1 lb each ground chuck, sirloin, and pork.  Interesting additions include 2 chipotle peppers minced (I will use just one next time) and a teaspoon of cocoa.  I stole an idea from the pizza cheaters  and placed both raw loaves on a piece of parchment, then just slid them both onto the grid (cast-iron, flat-side up).  The meat loaf doesn't fall through the grates without it, I tried it just for an easier transfer.  Used a large spatula to remove.  Raised indirect at 350 with some cherry chips.
Good cold-Sunday meal, and a snowstorm just began to hit as I was removing them!  Some meatloaf sammiches in my immediate future, too.
