If your making home made dough, can you seal it in a food saver bag and freeze it for later? If so, will the dough be stuck together upon using it or will be loose?

I have only frozen dough a couple of times for Pizza dough. I never tried a food saver, so I can't comment on that. I just threw individual dough balls into Ziploc bags sprayed with a little Pam. If you have several small balls for something like rolls, you could freeze the dough first and then vacuum seal everything. Maybe that doesn't make sense if you want to avoid having ice crystals form on the dough.
My weekend project is to get a sourdough culture started.Large BGE
