Saturday night, steak night ... T-bones and Cosmic Cow rub with chips (fries)

I've been away a lot, and missing Egging. Made up for it tonight with some lovely t-bone steaks rubbed with DP Cosmic Cow. Cooked at 300C/570F for 6 mins, and served with triple cooked chips. Lovely. Unfortunately I'm travelling again next week but this was enough to keep myself and SWMBO going. No pics of the steaks cut, too busy eating . We had this with a 2009 Justin Vineyards Isoceles, great match.
Rubbed and ready
On the cast iron grid
Six minutes and a flip later
Served with chips (fries on the other side of the pond) and broccoli
