Two briskets + three 22 lb turkeys= 2 more eggheads. Happy Thanksgiving

Yesterday i made one turkey and one brisket for family get together, and i made two turkeys and one brisket for friends.   

As a result, two people are buying big green eggs by Christmas....

the turkeys were perfect.  Golden skin, moist, and the briskets were SRF CGS pink butcher paper wrapped perfection.    

One large egg amd two xls handled the workload with no issues.  

Gotta love the bge....

@MaC122, i hear ya and all i can say is that with the help of three gurus, adjustable rig setups and the big green egg's consistency this was pretty easy

Briskys went on wed afternoon, birds thurs AM and everything was done at the same time, which wws awesome....
