Quick Pizza For Lunch

Spring Chicken
Posts: 10,255
At 11:35 I asked Spring Hen, "Want a pizza for lunch?" She said, "Yes."
But first we needed to fry up some Jimmy Dean pork sausage, cut up some veggies and fire up an Egg.
I lit the Blackstone Grill and turned it to High to cook the sausage.
Then went to Lulu Large and lit her fire starter and set her up to cook pizza.
Got the sausage on the Blackstone and cooked it to ready, along with some more for breakfast and some bacon for just because.
Meanwhile, Lulu was getting hot fast, so I chopped up the peppers and onions, black olives, got the pepperoni out, along with the cheese and sauce, and a couple of the big burrito flour tortilla's we keep handy for emergency situations like this.
Within a few minutes the sausage was done, all the ingredients were ready for the pizza and Lulu Large was @ 500°.
On it went. Now to let Lulu do her magic.
Nine minutes later off it came, and was taken directly to the table. Five minutes later it was gone and the plates were being washed.
Here's some pictures.
Total time start to finish: 1 hr and 20 min.
It's not a record but it'll do.
