I spent the day smelling a brisket flat smoking in the Egg. Eight hours I smelled it and every hour just it got better and better.  Meanwhile, I was taking some photos to share with you guys.  First, let me apologize for sharing so many of my videos, but I've always thought there may be some out there who may find it a bit unnerving to try cooking some of the food we EGGsperienced Eggheads cook every day. Some good marbling on that thing.  You sure that was a flat? Looked like a point from the video!  Looks good either way!

It said 'Flat' on the label.  And it folded really nice.  And the butcher said it was a Flat.  Plus, the Points he had available were very obviously, points.

Yes, I'm sure mine was a flat.
