I usually don't have coffee in the evening...

...but rubbed onto a sirloin steak it probably won't affect my sleep, will it?
Rub with black pepper, coffee, cocoa, coriander, caraway seeds, paprika, brown sugar and salt.
275 dome until IT 125, then foiled for about 45 mins until the rest was done. Cranked the Egg up to 450 and roasted some celeriac, onion and garlic which I then mixed with mayo and some lemon. Served with a haricot verts salad.
Nice flavor on the crust! Will definetily use coffee rub again!
