This came from Cook's Country on a PBS broadcast....1 1/4 lb tenderloin butterflied and marinated for 2 hours...turned 1/2 the marinade into BBQ sauce

    Chinese Pork

     ½ cup soy sauce

    ½ cup apricot preserve

    ¼ cup hoisin sauce

    ¼ dry sherry

    2 TBL fresh grated ginger

    1 TBL toasted sesame oil

    2 gloves minced garlic

    1 tsp 5 spice powder

    1 tsp ground black pepper

     Whisk and pour out ¾ cup for the sauce

     

    Sauce

    ¾ cup marinade in pan

    Add ¼ cup ketchup

    1 TBL molasses

     Simmer til thickened 5 minutes

     

    Save ¼ cup for use after pork is cooked

    Balance brushed two times per side while cooking

     

    2 pork tenderloins butterflied

    Slightly pound

    Marinade in zip lock for 30 minutes to 4 hours

     

    Pat dry and brush lightly with oil

    350 degrees cook two minutes flip and sauce…3 more times

    Total cook around 8 minutes
