Kinda hot to play around outside today.
So going for a quick cook.
Flat Iron steak sliced in half and rubbed with some Meat Church. Back in the fridge for a few hours.

Curious to see how it will turn out.
And your knife has a pretty handle!

@Photo Egg I am doing the same thing but making tacos and am using Meat Church as well. I bought a package of seven runs a few weeks ago and absolutely love each one. The Holy Cow and Season All are used continuously.

Thanks.
The burgers were fantastic. The fajita meat was maybe a 6 out of 10. Really disappointed. I burned to much lump on the burgers and did not get a good char on the steaks. They were 80/20 and I cooked 8 of them 2 at a time to avoid the massive flares and smoke.
The Meat Church seasoning is good but not my favorite for actual fajitas. It's sweet with not enough bite for me. But the onions, tortillas and Herdez Salsa brought it back to life.
If you get a chance, try a jar of the Herdez Guacamole Salsa. Makes a great topping on fajitas and burgers. The medium had a nice little bite without over powering the flavor of our food.
Have a great Monday...............Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas
