This was awesome! Best tacos I've ever made and maybe the best I've ever had. I got the recipe from here. http://www.carlsbadcravings.com/chili-lime-chicken-tacos-with-grilled-pineapple-salsa/
Chicken breast was marinated for about 8 hours. Everything was cooked on the mini at 350-400 raised direct. Now the pics....

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
