beer-honey-mustard sauce with a pretzel crust

#1 was good, #2 was really good and the mustard thing was, well, meh.  Daughter described it to me from a restaurant, next time I'm going to look on the interwebs first, and cook it hotter.

Where did you find the salt-free lemon pepper?  I've only seen it once and haven't been able to find it since. Love the stuff, but have to make my own.

Local company, so I just get this at the local HEB, but it looks like they sell online too.

Thx.  I was going to cook a jerk version, but no pimento wood and I'm guessing there's no salmon in Jamaica.  I didn't want to be so obviously inauthentic.  The pretzels were gluten free - oops, I should not have said that.
