Post your favourite weeknight cook recipes

I searched for "weeknight cooks" and surprisingly, found very little content on the forum.

Was hoping this thread could aspire to a compendium of simple, easy and quick recipes that'll get the job done on those nights where, sadly, we don't have quite as much time to spend at the grill.

Extra points if they're healthy! Our M.O. at home is that we strive to be good on week nights so that all caloric hell can break loose on weekends.

Would greatly appreciate seeing some of your faves!

i dont eat dinner during the weekdays much but i do quick lunches, break out the wok
bulgogi in the wok with shrooms and sesame seeds



this was some version of lemon piccata but i dont see capers, also done in a wok

No special recipes, but I've done turkey burgers, chicken breasts, and wings as quick healthier cooks for a weeknight or lunchtime cook. 

Not necessarily healthy, but smash burgers don't take too long and are amazing.

these are pretty quick cook, thin chops, season and freeze, sear and sauce

Do chicken breasts marinated and fish fillets seasoned almost weekly

if tuna was not so darn expensive....would be everyweek

No recipes, but tacos are a necessity each week.  Sometimes 2-3 times per week.   Beef tacos, shrimp tacos, fish tacos, pulled pork tacos, chicken tacos....
