First burnt ends and some green stuff

Had some cubed up point vac sealed in the freezer just waiting to be turned into burnt ends. Got the egg going and the wife requested a grilled salad. None for me, I plan on destroying this entire batch of meat. I made the BBQ sauce from the BGE cookbook. Copy attached.

+1 point for knowing that burnt ends are actually the point of a brisket and not just the over cooked bark parts.... Not many people know this.
