I havent been on the forums for a while but I have been cooking. Been trying out some local rubs here in Nashville and here are the cooks for the High Sierra Rub they sell at the Donelson's Farmers market for any locals interested. One is medium and the other is hot. They have a pretty good kick and for whatever reason the medium was hotter than the hot. Maybe be had his labels crisscrossed, anyhow they are pretty tasty with a nice balance of heat and sweet. Chickens came out great with perfect bite through skin - couldnt be happier. Now i have some catching up to do with all these post i havent read.
