Wrong time of the year for this (at least in Ohio) but smokedaddyinc makes a great attachment to fit the egg. So far cheese and nuts have turned out great. Still need to perfect salmon. Comments

Is that fitting for the air vent come as an option, or is that fabricated?

A small aquarium pump pushes the smoke from the chamber into the egg.
